Fixed Cellular Terminals

Fixed cellular terminals save money calling from landlines to mobiles. They are increasingly used by call centres, recruitment agencies and other vertical markets where contact with mobile users is critical.

Previous Solutions

Previously businesses have employed a unit commonly referred to as a “premicell” which is a single line router which directs the call over the mobile network at a more cost effective rate. this is an effective solution for very small businesses, sole traders and companies who dial only one mobile network.

Fixed Cellular Solution

Fixed Cellular Terminals (or GSM Gateways) enable businesses to call mobiles at significantly reduced rates. Clients can now have their calls routed at less than 6p per minute, send text messages and even ensure business continuity by employing a GSM back up to their landlines.

For Example

A company using 5000 minutes per month calling mobiles at 15p per minute could reduce this element of the call bill from £750 to around £290.
